1. Information We Collect
We collect personal information that you provide to us directly when creating an account, donating, or applying as an NGO partner. This includes your name, email address, password hash, and metadata associated with proof submissions (such as GPS coordinates, timestamp, and device details for video verifications).
2. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used to verify donations, compute community leaderboards, rank impact scores, generate personalized AI recommendations via the Gemini API, and display verified proof videos on the public Impact Ledger. We do not sell or lease your data to third parties.
3. Payment Processing Security
All donation payments are processed securely through our payment gateway partner, Razorpay. ServeMATE does not store your card details, UPI credentials, or banking passwords. All transactions comply with standard payment security guidelines.

1. Platform Agreement
By registering an account or making donations on ServeMATE (resence.in), you agree to comply with these terms, our privacy policy, and all applicable Indian laws regulating micro-donations and charitable organizations.
2. Campaign Funding & Release Mechanism
ServeMATE operates on a per-campaign target model. Micro-donations (starting at ₹10) are accumulated towards each campaign's specific target goal over a 7-10 day collection window per NGO. Upon campaign completion (or window expiration), 97-98% of collected funds (after a 2-3% platform & payment processing fee) are released directly to the designated NGO for campaign execution.
3. NGO & Volunteer Proof Requirements
All NGO partners agree to use only the in-app ServeMATE camera system to capture real-time, geotagged, and timestamped video proof of campaign execution. Uploading pre-recorded, edited, or un-geotagged media is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate de-verification and platform ban.
4. User Conduct & Abuse
Users must not manipulate the leaderboard, exploit gamification XP metrics, or register duplicate accounts. ServeMATE reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate platform integrity.
Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Donation Finality
As a technology platform facilitating micro-donations directly to registered social causes, all successful donations made through ServeMATE are **final, non-refundable, and non-cancellable** because they are immediately pledged and routed to the corresponding campaign pool.
2. Technical Double-Charges or Failures
In cases of technical issues where your bank account is charged twice or the payment fails midway but the money is debited, the transaction will be auto-refunded by our payment gateway processor (Razorpay) within **5 to 7 business days**.
3. Disputed Payouts
If a designated NGO fails to submit verifiable video proof within the stipulated campaign completion period, the pending campaign pool is frozen. ServeMATE will audit the campaign and, if fraud is found, redistribute the frozen funds to another verified cause in the same category to guarantee donor intent.
